The meeting point for departure services will be arranged by the officer and driver if driver details are provided. Otherwise, we will always provide contact information for our officers who will be available to make arrangements prior to the service. Our officers will meet you by the aircraft door or gate upon arrival.

VIP Meet & Greet can now be booked for all flights, regardless of class or airline, departing from or arriving at any airport.

Our packages start at £250 for up to 3 people for arriving or departing flights, including connecting flights within 2 hours. (Note: Prices may vary based on the airport.)

Our online booking tool is available 24/7. To proceed with the booking, please click on the ‘Book Now’ button on If you haven’t used our online system before, you’ll need to register some basic details. Our team will review the details provided and send a confirmation email if the booking is accepted.

When making the booking, we will require the details of everyone in your party, including your flight number. We will also ask for the number of bags you will be travelling with and the details of the UK address for the chauffeur service (when included), or your independently booked driver’s details (if not included in your chosen package). If you are not sure about the bags and cars when booking, you can inform us later, but at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
