DEPARTURE SERVICE
On Departure, our greeters will contact you before you leave for the airport to arrange a meeting point. Once you have arrived, our greeter will meet you at the entrance of the airport, FastTrack or Expedite you through check-in security, and escort you to the lounge (if applicable) and to your boarding gate.
VIP Assist's departure packages are designed to get you from your home or hotel in Senegal, through the airport and to the aircraft with as little stress and discomfort as possible.
We can provide luxury cars to collect you and our airport agents will meet you upon arrival at Dakar Léopold Sédar Senghor International Airport. Their job is then to get you through check-in and security and to the comfort of your lounge in a manner that befits a VIP. You will be fast-tracked to avoid unnecessary queues, your luggage will be taken care of and you can even be provided with an electric ride on buggy to get you to what might be a distant boarding gate.

Connections
ARRIVAL SERVICE
On Arrival, our greeter will meet you at the aircraft or the air bridge carrying identifying signs. Escort you to immigration. They will then provide porter service at baggage claim. Our greeter will also facilitate contact with the driver waiting for you outside the airport, arrange a meeting point and escort you to the vehicle.
