  • Upon arrival, guests will be met directly at the aircraft and escorted by luxury vehicle to a private lounge within The Windsor Suite by Heathrow. While relaxing in an exclusive, secure environment, guests may enjoy refined hospitality and à la carte dining, as arrival formalities, including immigration and baggage handling, are conducted discreetly within the suite.
  • Once all formalities are completed and luggage is returned, guests will be transferred by chauffeur-driven vehicle to their onward destination.
  • This service is designed for heads of state, diplomatic delegations, senior executives, and high-profile travellers requiring the highest levels of privacy, discretion, and efficiency.
