- Clients will be greeted at the private entrance of the VIP lounge; all passports and customs checks will be done in privacy.
- We assist with VAT refunds if needed.
- The staff executes baggage check-in, boarding pass retrieval and delivery.
- Clients will be transferred by private car through the tarmac to the aircraft.

- On arrival by our agent, clients will be greeted at the aircraft door and transferred from the tarmac to the private lounge by limousine; clients will NOT need to go to the general terminals; all passport control & immigration formalities will be done in the private lounge.
- The luggage will be delivered to the private lounge.
- By the porter team, French refreshments & drinks will be served & WIFI is at your service.
